    But am happy to report that I was all scrubbed clean & minty fresh when I went to bed last night ;)

    Well I shall be having a drink tonight, had a chat with DH and he agrees I should cut down so going to try very hard to have half the amount I usually manage to sink - wish me luck if that works I am going to reduce again each night this week or maybe over two we shall see how it goes. I have had a lovely if tiring afternoon at the park with my ds and a friend and her son and am feeling positive that I CAN do this :D

    Clarabelle welcome back and sending you non dodgy :grouphug: must be very hard having lost your OH :(

    It's a bad state of affairs when I don't make a joke about things ;)

    Am aware I have utterly freaked a good friend out recently by not really talking about stuff, just basically saying "it's ****" & shutting up. But until I can come to terms with something I can't talk about it. Thankfully we have moved on!
