hi all
Well, back from Scotland, and I haven't had a drink and feel much stronger now. Fell apart pretty much in a meeting last night and realised I hadn't been honest about certain things that were separate from drinkning, but behaviour from the past that I no longer want to be involved in. So I've sorted those things out today and feel better for it, although I am upset and huirt over the fact I've had to stop being friends with someone due to it.

But anyway, thank you all so much for your support - I needed it!!
