I'm up for it Pen, thanks for organising. I'm feeling stuffed from my roast dinner and today's not AF so will be glad to get back to normal tomorrow.

HB, I think it's great that you're having some RL socialising. Where did you get to meet Ian Hislop? I love his wit and sense of humour.

Marru I think you need to send for fay, she'd organise your garden for you:p. Have you sorted out a school for DD yet? Would you move in with BF while you find somewhere?

You sound very organised today sim. Good luck with the job hunting, something's bound to be successful.

Great to see you posting Budgie. Sorry life is a bit stressy for you but rock on eh?

 to all posters (and lurkers), have a lovely evening.

A friend took me to see this play - Deathtrap

    It was excellent :D

We met Ian Hislop & family in the bar beforehand & they were charming & friendly, & didn't mind the fact that 2 random stangers were talking to them! :)

Derek Jacobi & Andy Hamilton were also sitting close to us

Umm - the hedge is almost as tall as the house so Fay would need a rather high scaffolding. I shall try to rope BF to do the hedge and I can pull the overgrowth from the beds. (Unless I get him to do the garden and I'll sort out the books ). We are not moving together but will be a lot closer. I am hoping to hear from the school admissions team as soon as possible.

Today after landlord left I really wanted to have a drink to numb all that stress but I have scoffed a packet of triple chocolate biscuits instead. Feeling a bit sick now :o

Budgie - lovely to see you!! :j
