What about this, seems like it's needed! It's good to know that we can all be 'normal' though. This cutting-down is definitely a marathon, not a sprint.
I did end up AF last night but I was feeling very sorry for myself. I was very bad-tempered and I knew I was giving DH a hard time. Feeling much brighter today, hope everyone else is.:)0 -
hey everyone,
not been around much as i totally have not been AF at all. In fact I have only racked up 1 more AF meaning I have 3 so far for March
(need a hang head in shame smiley). But Im determined I will meet my target for March ... Or come damn closer than 3 :rotfl:
So can someone please give me a kick up the bum, a good telling off and drag me up onto the wagon x If I can stay AF on st paddys night it will be a big achievement for me x
Will go back and read to catch up ! hope everyone is well x

Have finally dropped a dress size, great excuse to go shopping i think!Miss_Piggy wrote: »But this morning there isn't the usual recriminations running around in my head. Instead I sat there in bd weighing up what I want.....do I want wine? Or do I want to be slim? And I want to be slim!!!!! So for the sake of losing weight I am going to try and be completely AF for a while. Otherwise I'll be dieting forever!!:eek:So, onwards and downwards.....
Hey Miss P i feel exactly the same, and it was 1 of the key reasons why i needed to majorly cut down on the booze, all the calories from the wine combined with the munchies aint a good combination!! You can do it!It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -

Thanks Maman, I did used to post on here a lot, but then got a load of nasty Pms telling me to booger off as I had no right at all to post because I don't drink - didn't want to upset the good vibe of the thread, so stayed away.
Still read tho'
