No drinkies last night, so up to 7/10. Woop woop I get a prize!!

Hope everyone is having a good morning! :)

    Morning all

Well I, very stupidly, did the running around I needed to do last night...and then promptly opened a bottle of wine when I got home!:( Then I had the munchies so ate things I shouldn't (am pretty sure buttery toast isn't slimming world friendly!:rotfl:). Was happy enough but have completely scuppered this weeks ideting in one fell swoop. Not happy with myself!:naughty:

But this morning there isn't the usual recriminations running around in my head. Instead I sat there in bd weighing up what I want.....do I want wine? Or do I want to be slim? And I want to be slim!!!!! So for the sake of losing weight I am going to try and be completely AF for a while. Otherwise I'll be dieting forever!!:eek:So, onwards and downwards.....

Foreverhopeful - hope the antibiotics are kicking in and you feel a bit better? Red noses - not entirely sure but think you can only get them in Sainsbugs.

Taking Piglet to my Mums this morning. He's not coughing as badly but keeping him home just in case. Means a lot of running around as mum lives 10 miles away from me and my work. Lots of to'ing and fro'ing!

    Miss P
    xx

Morning all, keep going everybody and instead of looking forward to the weekend to drink, look forward to the weekend to rest. Get back into reading, walking and just chilling out and really importantly no hangovers.
    16 AF DAYS THANKS SHAGGY

Come join me on the wagon. This will be the first St Paddys night sober for as far back as I can remember. My son was supposed to be playing a gig this evening which would have resulted in many pints of he black stuff being consumed - lots of temptation there. Thankfully it has been cancelled!
With lots of determination and will power we can meet our targets.
    enjoy your day:j

    12 AFD for me, please.

Miss Piggy, I'm the same with alcohol and eating. I will work hard at exercise and eating well all day, then in the evening have some wine and eat carp. Next day I think "Join up the dots!". Oh well, I am getting better. And it sounds like you have some determination :T.

    9AFD for me please Shaggy.

Went to see mum in hospital yesterday and was absolutely knackered when I got home. Didn't fancy a drink, or the fish fingers and chips DH had cooked me, so I stopped off for a kebab on the way home from the station. Then I sat an ate it while complaining how tight my jeans were and how I can't get the button up any more. I also had a big mac meal for lunch as I was at the station at lunch time.:eek::eek: Time to start a diet I think
