Hey DaisyC im doing good thanks, im on 19 AF days for Feb and even poured some wine down the sink on Sat night as i didnt like the taste!! Lost 171/2 pounds in 6 weeks, still in 'the Zone' of losing weight, im starting to notice a wee bit of difference in my jeans which is nice, and im enjoying not stressing every morning about what i can try and squeeze into for work. Going to Zumba twice a week, had to buy a new pair of trainers for achilles heel probs and fretted about the cost £85! Then i figured that i would have saved that since jan on not buying booze so forgave myself fairly quickly :rotfl:
Sorry everyone for the 'update' post but wanted to catch up with DaisyC....you will get back into the saddle pretty quickly and get those few extra pounds off im sure of it x
