PLEASE PUT YOUR TARGET AFDs IN A BOLD RED FONT and good luck! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Afternoon all
Struggling today. Am very tempted to go to the shop and buy a bottle of wine for tonight. Driving to the funeral today a stone flew up and cracked my windscreen (chip and about a 3 inch crack). Insurance can't get it sorted till Saturday the 5th and its going to cost me £75 excess. In the meantime I'm scared to death of driving the car in case it spreads.:( And we had a trip to London to the Natural History Museum planned for Friday.:(
Honestly do think someone has it in for me at the moment:(.
On a good note, the service at the funeral was lovely. The vicar really captured the essence of my friend in his talk.

oh god, i have been so bl00dy ill these last 2 weeks with a bug,
i feel like death warmed up, at least i hope its a bug and not alcohol related, i mean last year when i quit for 5 mths i had the most horrendous withdrawal , this year, i have drank 5 times in Jan, but only once this Feb, and that was on valentines day,
OH says he feels ill too, but hes always ill , he's got various medical issues - not drink related, infact he's teetotal which really helps me i can tell you, i dont think i could cope if he drank to excess, i know that sounds hypocritical,
in town today the cashier had been drinking, i could smell it on her, the smell was so pungent i nearly puked,
i'm just so fed up of feeling ill, i dont want to go to the docs i really dont,0
