Go *jobags* - very honest post. I know what you mean about coming home from work. If I can get home and shower, then its AF, no problem (even with drinks in the house). For me its the habit of stopping at the pub for a drink (one beer!) - but then its opens the flood gates when I get home, and before bed its a lot more.

    Good luck!

I know that a few on here maybe don't agree but for many of us cracking this is all about breaking habits. And to acheive that all displacement activities are welcome! So if it's a shower or a fancy soft drink or chocolate or exercise or whatever then go for it!!!

Another clocked up for me (and :T to everyone else who's had an AF Monday).

4AF for February please Shaggy and
1 for this week's challenge Pen.

thanks Maman - for me I feel a lot of if has become habit especially over the last 6 or 7 months - I totally appreciate that for others there is a bit more involved - and really appreciate the support that this board gives

    good night all

  • Welcome to the thread to Jobags and Thrify fifty.Good luck to both of you on here.

Daisy chain, well done on losing 9lbs, you must be really noticing a difference - looser clothes and compliments etc!

Maman, that's great news about not hearing the bells, you seem to be doing so well on the moderate path - well done! :)

Shaggy, another one for me tonight so thats 4/14.

Pen, please can I join for the 4 night Monday to Thursday challenge, and I've successfully completed Monday.

I am feeling more confident about drinking soft drinks at the pub with friends, and it is getting to the point where some of my friends are expecting me to order AF during the week so it's becoming a new habit for both me and them. I keep switching soft drinks depending what's on offer as I get bored with the same thing all night. Tonight was 1 diet coke and 2 slimline tonics. Not in the same glass!

    Good night everyone.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    7 AF please Shaggy

    Morning all,

Managed another night on water and warm milk at the end of the night. Got some friends round at the weekend and wonder if I can get away with only having a couple. Really enjoyed my hangover-free Sunday! Perhaps I could sneak myself some AF wine....:D. Never tried it.

    Have a good Tuesday!
