Off out shortly to take Piglet to a little friends birthday lunch at pizza hut. Parents aren't staying, which I'm not particularly happy about (long story re mother thats running the party!) so will be parked directly opposite the restaurant door, sat in the car reading a book!

I've got the debating society going on in my head about today. If I have some of the cold wine that's in the fridge wth dinner later I will miss my January target by 1. It's a Sunday and I feel allowed to drink. I put myself in this position by having some booze on a week night in the first week of Jan when I had a sod it moment. Now I don't rea lly want to put the effort in today but that means no jumpy for Jan. Plus I don't really have WW points for it left over so it would help my weight loss to stay strong too. At least Monday to Thursday has become a bit more like it's normal not to drink but weekends are s*d it days and at the moment I just don't want to be good!0 -

Had a fabulous time at the spa, was great spending time away with my best friend. I got a back massage and the therapist said it was the worst back she has ever seen, full of stress knots:eek::eek: I could hardly sleep that night as my back was aching but feel better today, planning to keep up with the massages tho, a wee monthly treat to myself. Didnt go OTT with the booze either, we shared a bottle of fizz pre dinner and then a bottle with dinner. After dinner we went to the bar and friend ordered 2 drinks which came to £18!!:eek: Shockeroonie..so needless to say we just had the one and then headed up to the room.
Part of the spa deal was that there was a bottle of wine included, in was on ice when we went checked in which i took home. One of the many nice things about cutting down this year is that i now have a few bottles of wine in the house, i was always running out of wine and now i like to think of myself in possession of a wine cellar.....well if you can call a collection of 3 random bottles of wine on top of the cupboard a wine cellar:rotfl:It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0
