What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning all,

wasn't AF last night had 5 vodka and cranberries. Decided am going to go AF for the 3 remaining days left in Jan (which will take me 21 Af days).
Sounds easy as Iam writing it -- but we will see later when 9 comes along and the vodka is calling from the cupboard xx

Well done Shaggy on your AFness

  • Morning all,

Saturday morning and no fuzzy head :D:j:j:D....As Victor Meldrew would say "I cannot believe it"..........and it feels fab!

Well done to Marru and Trasi on earning your saintly goldfish bowls, you should be very proud of yourselves, as should everyone on here - even if we are not achieveng our targets, as with sportsday it's not the winning but the participating...

I can't believe I am getting excited about the ammount of AF days I am achieving....2 months ago I would not have even thought about being AF on a weekend as it was just second nature to drink, the same with all my friends....any excuse and the wine was uncorked!

Last night instead of opening wine to celebrate "Friday" I went swimming with my son and we had a lovely time with no tantrums from him or myself.

So glad I discovered this thread as it really has given me a good kick up the backside that I have needed for a long time.

    Happy Saturday everyone
