Hello double figures! One big fat 10 for me! :j

Still studying though which keeps me busy and concentrating, will be harder when I can chill out on the sofa, with Mr L enjoying a nice glass of red...

  • 2 more AF nights for me, so that is now 11 AFD ! I'm still not sleeping though. :(
Well done everyone on your weight losses. I'm joining fat club in February. I wanted to get to grips with cutting down on drink in January first. I do feel as if I'm eating more at the moment cos I'm eating during the night when I can't sleep. Hopefully this will sort itself out before fat club starts.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Hello everyone:wave:

Can I jump back into the thread after way too long an absence?

Christmas/newyear has been pretty heavy going on the alcohol front, drinking almost every night (even if not a lot) and I now feel soooo tired and old!! SO I need to cut right back, go to bed earlier - you know, all the usual stuff.

I'm taking it one day at a time so today I shall be alcohol free.

I'll go and catch up on the thread now...

Do you want to join the January challenge as TF or just take it as it comes? Good Luck either way :D
