Morning all :wave:

3 weeks sober for me today, a whole 21 days :j

Starting to feel good, sleeping fantasically and have had a couple of people at work comment that I look well

Bells have been completely non-existent for most of this week, although I cannot become complacent cos they could strike at anytime.

Well I have well and truley messed up Thurs, Fri and Sat were not AF by a long shot, so sorry Pen I didn't make the Mon- Thurs challenge and Shaggy I've blown it for my November target of 30 AF days :mad:

I'm not going to make any excusses, I chose to drink, I don't know when to stop once I start. So todays a new day and I'm going to start again...Jo can you list me for 1 day please and I'll take it a day at a time from here on...

Hi Everyone,

Sorry that I have not been about

Mucho stresso here in Budgie land. Aka totally fed up

Fil is still in hospital, it will be 4 weeks on Wednesday and his dementia is getting worse each day he is in there. Mr Budgie never heard anything off the interview he went for and is now feeling depressed again.

Work for me is pants too.

On a brighter note the sun was shining in Stokie land today

I will try and have a look back, but welcome back Winebox and Mari. Hello to any newbies and hello to the oldies

So sorry you are having a crap time of it budge. Has DS got any further with the house? Drove through that part of town today

Well that's another one for me please Shaggy and a completed 3 day weekend challenge, I won't be drinking today.

What a totally fantastically wonderful weekend I've had, things just can't get better for me at the moment

Sooooooo glad things are good for you my Dear Friend, my Ds had a call on Friday to say that his lender would be issuing his mortgage offer

Hopefully it won't be too long now

But I really am so very proud of you, your whole attitude just seems so different, whatever it is can I have some please?

Hi my loves

My couple of days away has really helped my head (boiled or otherwise ). No AF but no screaming blue murder breakdowns, which, in current circs, in also pretty good going!

Hope everyone out there is ok, has enjoyed & stayed safe with fireworks, & that you're all snuggly toasty this eve

No AFness for me either this weekend although today was nowhere near as bad as yesterday. So tomorrow will be a new day for me as well. I'll be thinking of you next week Mari as I'll be on the one day at a time journey as well.
