Brilliant Sim, you are doing so well.
Any work is a good, positiive thing - go for it! I am sure you will be great.
And AA is so beneficial and worth it. I should follow your example and haul my big !!! back to meetings. When I attended, which was last year sometime, it was much easier to stay AF, focussed and committed to not drinking. Funny how one forgets these things.

Hi, Sim,
You're sounding much, much better. You really come across as being down and ultra depressed when you have been drinking as You must feel yourself. I hope you can do as you intend and go to AA. You have nothing to fear after whats the worst that can happen - they turn you away - how likely is that??
Hopefully this will prove to be a turning point for you. You might even be able to tackle your finances from an objective viewpoint.
Best of luck, please let us all know how you get on.

P.S. Hope the job works out for you.Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

Hope you're getting in the swing of your job, sim. If you speak as well as you write you'll be great! And :T on the AA plans for later. Sounds like a productive and organised day for you.
