Please could you put me down for the Monday to Thursday challenge, and Shaggy I've had two more AFDs out of the last 4 and moderate on the other days so up to 9/16

HI all,

So glad you all had a great time on the curry night and so disappointed I could not go. I really wanna try and do the next one though.

Only 1 AFD for me since I last posted, unfortunately.

I've not been very good - have drunk virtually every day. Am going to try extra hard this week to stay AF.

Hiya guys and gals,

Great to read that you all had a good time at the curry!

Was very low here over the weekend, having found it tough to put my 10 day bender behind me, from (coming up) three weeks back.

However, I got myself up at about 6am today having had the first good long sleep in a while.

Went out to the corner shop for some grubbins and milk

Am now about to start work in the next hour on my new job!

It's only telephone surveys from home, but it's a start.

Off to an AA meeting tonight at 8.00pm too.

Very nervous about both job and going back to AA, but to hell with it.

I'm determined to improve my life, having been sober now 10 days (today is my 11th day sober)
