Hi How is everyone tonight?
I was watching xfactor and all the singing sounded really wirey (sort of thing) hoping its the HD changover thing and not the t.v. although the adverts sound ok.

I made once this lovely lentil and spinach soup in the SC - it was lush
and my mince turned out really lovely tonight. I hope this is one recipe I can repeat. (My method is to pull stuff that I have from cupboards and throw in pan
)

Just had an 'episode' with one of the teenagers which meant we are home now from the party but at least everything is ok and it was easily sorted.
Watched a bit of xfactor but it was on my friends big TV/home cinema thingy - I can't tell if the sound was ok or not (all this expensive stuff is wasted on me).
I had a couple of glasses earlier but to be honest they didn't go down very well so I'm back on my fizzy water and happier for itThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -

I love lime & fizzy water.....that was the only thing that got me off the wine.
How is everyone? not been in for a couple of weeks. Have decided that I now have to start working on my fitness & diet. Since I cut out the alcohol I have gradually let my healthy eating regime slip....off to find a slimming thread...
Have a great Sunday everyone.

OH was disappointed cos I was a much nicer person being sober so I intend to make a huge effort today and be af.
Pen, if you are still up for organising the monday to thursday challenge I would like to sign up please.
Hope everyone is OK this morning. have a relaxing Sunday and good luck with whatever aspirations you might have.
