If you have not got a username and password, you will need to contact them and request that. I suggest you also make it clear at the time of that request that you want access to phone surveys too.

I have been accepted b optimum and got my password etc and downloaded Pamela. If you need more then one Skype account will Pamela work with either of them and record the calls. How then do you email the calls recorded by Pamela to Optimum? They say that if the customer hasn't got time to do the survey on the phone offer the website option, what is the website address you are meant to offer? is it Optimums website address?

Please can someone help me.

I've downloaded skype and the free pamela trial for 30 days.
I've carried out my first survey and it has recorded on pamela.

I cannot understand how I email the recording to OC.
I've right clicked on the number (I only want to email the first one to check it's ok) and typed in the email address and send but nothing happens.

It is probably very easy, but I really can't work out how to email the recording from pamela. Please can somebody give me some advise.

Can someone tell me, if the customer's wife or husband answers the phone and the customer is not there , are you allowed to say who you are and what you are ringing for, or just say you will call back another time without saying anything else?

nickypol I have downloaded pamela today as well, when you make a call with skype a message will flash up asking you if you want to record it. If you say yes the call will be saved in your document folder on your computer as an MP3 file. You can then just attach MP3 file to the email you send to Optimum at the end of your survey.

Can anyone tell me if they send one consolidated email with all recordings for that day attached or an email for each individual recording? Also if you start a survey that has a great many calls to be made say over 100 can you send an email with the recordings for that day and continue again with the survey the following day?

Have downloaded pamela and skype.When making calls do you dial the same as you would if using a landline to do this work,using the 0845 + pin etc to make the calls through skype.Never used skype before so i'm a bit confused...

It may not be possible to attach all the surveys to one-mail - the attachment capacity of your e-mail service is probably not enough.

You should ALL surveys recorded that day to Optimum Contact

You either records calls by dialling 0845 OR by recording the call another way. Pamela will record the calls so you don't need to dial 0845 numbers when using Skype.
