I got accepted last week but since then I've heard nothing from them. I know it did say that work would be divided evenly between people but people in here seem to be getting work and I havn't heard anything at all since my acceptance e-mail :think:0

Hi, I already do some MS for OC. There doesn't seem to be a part of "my" page that suggests I can do telephone survey work. Do I need to email them for this?Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0

Is this for telephone survey work or mystery shopping?0 -

I did have a look on my assessor profile and I have said that I am available for that sort of work and list my previous experience. (used to do canvassing for a will writing company so know how to "work the phones")
So I can't apply for it separately? or do I have to do a set amount of jobs first?Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -

You just need to e-mail them and ask to be included. I don't know of any stipulation that you must do a certain number of mystery shopping jobs first. However, if they feel they have enough doing telephone survey work at any one time, I guess they could always defer any request.0 -

If you have an acceptance e-mail, a username and a password, try logging on. Once logged on, see if there is an option for you to do telephone surveys . If there is no such option you need to contact them again and ask to be included in telephone survey work. Hopefully, they will then enable access to phone surveys for you and you will see the telephone survey option the next time you log in.
If you have not got a username and password, you will need to contact them and request that. I suggest you also make it clear at the time of that request that you want access to phone surveys too.0
