Morning Mike,
Go on "rub it in" you're not at work, and we are
Have you seen the thread below, bears out what you were saying last week about how close to the edge some people are when they peruse this site.

I feel completely helpless to offer any sort of emotional advice to the tragic circumstances the OP has had to endure. Think she may benefit from this thread though once she can come to terms with the past; makes our problems seem trivial.

Your just a lightweight Mike!
Unfortunately I'm always up early, which isnt a bad thing, until just after dinner when I suddenly become extremely tired, and usually give in and take a siesta, before my son comes home!10 1p's are better than no 10p's !!!

Hello all
well Im still in one piece!LOL
court was really one long wait of about 3hrs for about a 1min visit with the judge! Really!
we got there at 9.30 (appt 9:45) had to wait half hr in the baliffs office cos she was on the phone (lovely smiley lady not judgement at all). handed the money signed the forms.
10:10am Went up stairs to a packed waiting room she said 'well you could be here all day we ll try fit you in between one of these cases!' I said OH should be at work she said she d see what she could do.
so at
11.26am OH gets called in to see judge. " hello what advice have you took? Oh CAB I like them they are very good. Do you realise you wont be able to get anymore credit? thank you goodbye"
11:27am BR!
quick trot downstairs wait for 15mins while she types up something, says she ll fax it all through to the OR we should recieve something in the post soon. would you like a leaflet on what happens when OR calls. thank you goodbye (nice smiley lady)
(she even gonna put on the fax that perhaps they could speak to me as OH will be at work and it will be hard for him to speak! but that is upto them? so he might have to do something else yet)
so thanks all
as everyone keeps saying the anticipation was much worse than the event!

I suggest you stick them in an envelope and send them to your OR - after all the debts belong to him/her now , not you:beer:1/11/06 -1/06/07 BSC #42

If you are alraedy BR then any purchase of a vehicle would become an asset and so would have to be declared. At this figure it should be OK as you need a car. I would check with your OR first. If they say you can`t have one then get a "friend " to buy it and loan it to you until discharge.
