It may take a few weeks but basically I could be discharged in the New Year. I am obviously pleased about this but will that mean that I can then begin to repair my credit rating? I was not expecting to have an early discharge as I went BR owing £130k so feel really lucky.

they were 90% complete on line, There is no where to log in and it won't even find the pages for the petition, my br day is thursday and i need to complete them, they have taken ages so far i can't see that i could have them ready if i have to start again. Me just having a bad day!

Basically, in answer to your question - yes. You turn up, the clerk will check your paperwork and take your cash. You will then, normally, go in front of the judge who, provided everything is in order, will probably ask if you understand the procedure and then he/she will 'declare you bankrupt' - you are bankrupt from the exact moment he/she utters those words.
You may, then be sent to the official receiver, who will either interview you then and there, or make an appointment for a full interview at a later date.

Yeah I meant 11th december,it did seem a bit quick but im not complaining

I looked into filling mine in online and had the same prob a few weeks ago,recentlly updated my java and all seems okay now.
