Hope everyone else is getting on, will have a proper sit down and catch up on what ive missed this evening

I am putting depression and associated mental illnesses down on my form, they are the cause of me giving up my better paid job and the reason I spent some of the money in the first place. If that is the genuine cause then better to be honest.

Thought I would give you a giggle -

I got two letters in the post today -

One from Barclaycard threatening me with legal action unless I pay them some money.

The second also from Barclaycard - with my brand spanking new Barclaycard for when the old one expires on 30/11!!!

Mad or what???

Hi you guys, bit of advice needed I am being hounded by mint, they have rung about 20+ times today, i pick up the phone and i have to say hello at least twice, then as I get no answer i hang up. It is doing my head in, i'm not sure what to say to them, they keep trying to get me to say other things and it is getting me down. To top it off just had a phone call from my mum and they have rung her at least 5 times as well.
Help - advice needed my guess is i've got less than 10 minutes before the next one

20+ times is illegal hun,. how do you know its them ?

I would simply go down the route of changing my number, thats what I did, and do you know... some of the sneaky beggers still found me !

How do they know ur mums numbers ?

i put down my mums name as my employer at the pub - i never worked there and if they had rung there to check my mum would have said no i don't live or work there but they never bothered.Until now since they are not getting any money
would it be wise to tell them not to ring when i answer it tommorrow? i know it is them as i do 1471 they are rude so n so's
My br date is the 30th, didn't want to change number really

Remember that I sent a letter to MBNA regarding those nuisance calls? Mine were up to 24 per day too.

They replied to my letter today - I sent mine out nearly five weeks ago - they are sorry that they are annoying, etc, but if I don't respond to their written letters with a payment of their choosing, then they will resume the phone calls!

I have already reported them, for all the good it will do !

My wonderful lady whom is sorting me out will have got in touch with all my creditors by now. Today's letters were dated 18/11.

I think we should start a petition against these Companies and really do something to damage them. Having said that, they are doing enough to damage themselves, aren't they!
