    Still awaiting a call back from the OR on if they are going to make us sell up or not. Its down to how much of our salary is being paid on the mortgage and second charge.

    Well its truely out of our hands at the moment. Its the one thing i wasn't expecting and its knocked us a bit for six.

    Ho Hum!!

    Worse things at sea etc!!

    And i'm off the booze after a drink spiking incident on friday!!!!

    Had a call back re the house. They wont push us down the 'sell it and move into rented'. Got payment order agreed as well.

    Well have to say ours was a little different. We went to court on Weds at the appointed time. Spent half hour with clerk, slight problem in that my letter from DWP was two days out of date, so DP had to go to PO and withdraw our last 150 pounds to pay the fee. ( we can claim this back.) Paid,and clerk gave us receipt, & said goodbye, this will go before the judge and you will hear in the post!!!!!
    Thurs, phone call from OR, spoke to us individually and said he will be sending us some paperwork to fill in and an appt to attend his office for individual interviews. Today received stamped papers from court. We are bankrupt (phew). Can only assume ours is different because it is a joint business partnership bankruptcy? even the clerk had to check because he only does one or two a year.
