its not a crime...BUT sometimes due to the nature of this part of the forum it can get VERY busy sometimes so excessive bumping (why does that sound wrong?) can sometimes mean a new post gets missed the odd time

BR in may 2010. Notified just over two weeks ago that the OR is applying for discharge.
I will name and shame those companies which have illegally contacted me over the past two days and should they continue to do so after discharge they will face court action of which legally they will have to pay my legal fees and cost / compensation should I have to reopen my Bankruptcy files.

For those of you in a similar situation. Good luck. Please don't feel its your fault. For those finding it hard to raise the Court fee, please don't loan the money unless its from a friend or family. My personal experience. I got further into debt by not paying anything until I had raised the fee and used the stalling tactic. I did this as I have no dependents and as I had suffered suspected stroke didn't care no longer about these money grabbers who buy peoples debts. I couldn't answer the door and refrained from answering the phone. Once I had the money I took the forms straight to the court before 1100am as most have a walk in counter these days with no appointment necessary.
What does annoy me is that I have called my Gas / Electricity billing company many times over the past four months and they advise that their Bankruptcy team will call me, initially should had been with in 7 days. To date I am still waiting for a phone call or a Bill. It seems they are deliberately stalling to increase further debt or is it a ploy to mess up my discharge? May be some one could give some info regarding the latter.Rememember. Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.
