As so often, I'm not sure I've got the hang of everything: bank accounts were suspended because pdl people got into them? Therefore payments messed up.

Services were suspended too, because dd's bounced from withdrawn account facilities.

I think you're right not to try work yet - you've done that and this is where it lead, and no one could have tried harder. It's not viable in this economic climate. You will however have plenty to offer something different at some point, just not yet.
By the way, you've developed a new asterix. I don't think I've met it before but it sounds okay. :) Good to have someone who has been there and come through. I won't mention the 'h' word but it does indicate there is some.
Its not a new asterix, i'm just in" wary " mode. :o

How are the seedlings and what happened to the sunflower? No, I didn't buy 99 tomatoes, though I saw some I liked the look of. I have a few perennial sweet peas sprouting now: I saw them for sale at £2.99 each so I'm glad mine are grown from seed.
The sunflower itself died, i'm not sure why, although the plant itself is just about surviving and has some new flowers. They look a bit wary too. Can't win them all, huh? The sweet peas are going great guns, climbing the wall now, ( literally,) and the next lot of seedlings will be ready for planting, soon. All the seeds i've planted this week, are sprouting, ( except the peppers.) :D

I really don't want to leave my plants to perish, they need so much water in this heat. I've been for a sail. No sense of anything from it,at all No adrenalin. Nothing. I've arranged to go back, to sail myself, (possibly.) Thats stupid. a) I don't have the physical ability, b) i don't have the mental ability, c) i have nothing to wear. I'm going to spend alot of time in the water? which i won't be able to get out of. They are prepared to do a concession, too, and this club is a closer to here.

I've actually tried to work out my income today. Its just so unrealistic. Because i have to pay most of my rent, and therefore rent arrears, and almost all my council tax, I'm around £15 worse off than if i had full hb, ctb and my esa. Doesn't the government stipulate you have £71 a week to live on, ( after rent and council tax) I have £55 ish after rent and council tax payments. I received an email, saying we are obviously still contesting this. Great. I also received a letter today regarding my dla, saying they are contacting my gp. I suppose, at least it hasn't been turned down, yet. I'm still worried about leaving my plants. How stupid.

Urgh, i'm so torn between care of my plants and this beautiful garden, and my need to escape. Why the f* did i do it.

The adrenaline can grow back if you give it time. Meanwhile you've been sailing - best place to be on a day like today, and it will help to build you up again. I'm sorry it disappointed at first, but it won't always be like that.

Anyway, the important thing is whether those plants get left with no one to water them.

Hey Ani, nice to hear you've been out for a sail, even if it didn't feel quite how you expected perahps that's not a bad thing to have a big adrenalin up followed by the big dip after - perhaps just a feeling of 'that was quite enjoyable and I fancy going back'is what you need right now.

Glad to hear the garden is going well, I must've caught the bug as I went to the big orange DIY store today to buy paint (garden furniture needs repainting and I thought it more MSE and better for the landfill to repaint what we have rather than replace).... well I got paint but also seemed to come out with plants and compost - guess I know what I'll be doing tomorrow :o

I'd offer you some banana loaf as well, which I was planning to make tomorrow - except I've realised I ate the eggs I had left for dinner last night :doh:Sorry, I know I'm rambling on your thread - just popped in to give you a hug and pass you the watering can xx

    Ani, your inbox is full.

I just popped in to say: when we first 'met' you, you had been ill. I wondered whether any of the charities that support people with your condition could either help financially or appeal on your behalf?

I'm working tomorrow evening but I will try to get on line earlier in the day.

    Take care.
