Life after bankruptcy?

Sleeping very badly again. Or not sleeping. Urgh
Week 10? I think?
Its the start of the " business " week. I get my esa processed today, don't i?
I wish i could feel optimistic, positive, all those things you are supposed to feel. Somehow its almost impossible, to feel that way.
I was just reading about the ml " make me rich ", theory / challenge, whatever you call it. I'm sure there are certain sectors of soceity, beyond recourse. I can't even enrich my spirit, these days.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Funny you should say that. I was looking at a local guide, the other day, where people do, just that. Unfortunately, i don't think my garden is expansive enough to qualify for that category. They charge for it, too
I've been round a private garden for a donation to a charity - it wasn't huge, just interesting. Is it the National Gardens Scheme or am I mixing it up with something else? The hanging baskets are now being watered.
Hmmm, i have hanging baskets and not enough hooks ( nor a drill.) You have hooks, but no hanging baskets. Tea, biscuits and cake? Got any eg?
Are there any trees you could hang them from? Within reason, of course.
I hope the esa gets sorted pdq... how's the sunflower? (There is a link, somewhere in a dusty corner of my brain).Miggy

Looks around.......
It hadn't dawned on me, i haven't got any trees.......
The sunflower is dying. Yes, its dying on me. I'm not sure why? Maybe it doesn't have enough sun? I'm toying with the idea of asking for my money back :rotfl: The only things which usually die on me, are orchids. The orchids are stll thriving, ( shhhhh. ) I've decided the best policy is never to water them. At all................

You could try sticking the orchids in the bathroom - I think they thrive on humidity don't they? There again, my one and only orchid is keeping quiet, possibly because I'm not giving it the best possible neglect.
I'm sorry about the poor sunflower - if you tell us what conditions it's in and anything else you can think of, we could have a sunflower clinic and maybe someone - not necessarily me - will come up with a remedy. For a start, what sort of dying? Leaves, stem, mould, insects, cold, dry, wet...?
No trees? Can't have that. I can supply holly and silver birch saplings.Miggy

Received a phone call from dwp. They have now joined the long line of associations / bodies, trying to come to a decision as to whether i'm employed or self employed. I've already asked my employer "S ", this question, but it was all too complex. I'm waitnig for another phone call, whilst they talk amongst themselves. It doesn''t look good. It either means more form filling for self employment, ( can you tell this to hmrc, please?), or even more stress whilst i approach every single company to get a letter stating why i can't get ssp. I'd be financially better off claiming ssp, but would i still be able to clain hb and ctb? Who knows. I don't.......................Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

I don't know, but I'd imagine so.
Shocking that they can't make a once-for-all decision about those people who fall into this grey area. It causes so much suffering.Miggy

I think neglect is the operative word, for orchids
Hmmm, its freezing cold, in my bathroom
The bottom leaves of the sunflower, are turning yellow. Might try a position with more sun.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Suffer, suffer, suffer
Did i tell you my middle name is grey?
Just bumped into someone i'm slowly getting to know, whilst i was out, briefly, and they now know more about me than its good for anyone to know. I don't want the whole place, gossiping. Still, they suggested a couple of things i can help with for free, as a way of " attending " things i would otherwise have to pay for. They also suggested the community has a very small pot, for people in need. I've not quite reached that state yet, but i will if i continue to buy plants.
On the plus side. i've had some money hit my account, today. It can't be money from employment, because i haven't worked. I haven't received a payslip, so i can only assume it's a tax rebate, as i've overpaid tax, ( one of a long list.)
I can't decide what to do with myself, today.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

I'm not convinced it's dying. I may be wrong but that sounds as if it was stressed a week or so ago and decided to lose some old growth to protect newer growth. If that's the case just keep an eye on it: you might already be doing whatever it likes.
Alternative 1) If those are the seed leaves, it will lose them anyway so don't worry.
Alternative 3) Some plants go yellowish if deficient in some nutrient. You could try putting a nail or screw in the soil to provide iron, put new soil in or plant out when ready to give more nutrition or see if you have any comfrey to make smelly but good plant food.
I just looked it up to see if I was right... all the first few links are to do with growing c******isHa ha - I had to type several versions of that before it didn't turn into a link!
