I've just read the back of the letter Aesop. You get charged an extra £25, which makes an extra £70 on top, and it says they deduct payments from your income / benefits, which is what they are supposed to be doing anyway. The trouble is, i have no income or benefits, and it says removal of your goods. Ani?

call them ani. Explain what is happening. They can stop the court process if they are informed in time. The only thing I can suggest at the moment, that you call them, maybe they would like to help you complete the forms? suggest it to them. Tell them to call your SW and CW.

    Just reread your post Aesop.

Baliffs. Finally got to that point, after all i've been through. All for the sake of £122. They can have everything, for all i care.

Thats that one sorted, Aesop. I've rung the council and told them to send the baliffs.

Aesop's advice is good Ani - tell them you have a sw who is supposed to be helping.

I would imagine the bailifs will take things like the washing machine if you let them in, which you don't have to.

Don't know if it would help to pay £1 on account? Someone else might know this?

I have been thinking about whether you are angry and I've come to the conclusion you have a huge amount of anger or something very like it but it's currently hidden under exhaustion and being overwhelmed. However, it's seeping out. Not sure this is the time to talk about it. One thing at a time.

Maybe two... did you have your phone appointment with the doctor? You need that sick note renewing.

The garden will perk up, by the way.

Ani - I tried the recipe you asked about in the microwave - took about 4mins for a generous portion. Think I may need to try it again some time as I was waiting for it to brown which of course it didn't! (Duh!)

Hope you are okay this evening. I'm on nights so I'll be thinking of you. ((hugs))

Hi Ani, just wanted to stop by and give you a hug. Afraid it's not much to offer under the circumstances but hope it gives you even a tiny smile.

The garden will recover, plants bounce back amazingly well and are pretty hardy souls, hey, they've been about since the dionosaurs (well not your daffs sepcifically, but you know what I mean ;)) xx

I'm now lacking the motivation to write or to know how to write my thoughts, anymore. Its pushing the boundaries, isn't it? On the other hand, it's all been about debt and life struggle. My brain is still functioning but it is disfuntioning, in a way, most, don't understand. All those people who say " just be positive ", don't have a clear understanding of my illness and how it affects you. It's taken a long time to reach this point and maybe my thresholds of coping have outperformed most people's resources or coping capacities, but mine have blown out in spectacular fashion, if thats the way to put it. But then, i never did anything by halves, did i? It's all or nothing, with me.

I'm distinctly uneasy about writing in this diary. I have this secretive world, of my thoughts, which only i, know. And the thousands of people who have read my diary. Do they really care? Maybe those who have me in their thoughts, do care. Maybe you should pray for me. Maybe you are already praying? I need it. Talking about prayer, i'm glad i have no religious beliefs. I have no fear of d* or the unknown, unlike most people. Thats a dangerous place to be. There's a part of me which wonders what happens to your spirit. Because i do believe in spirits.Or maybe thats just the people who went to hell. But how can you believe in spirits and have no faith? I don't believe in all this heaven and hell stuff. Or that it's a sin. I believe in freedom of choice and speech. Don't i ? I'm not sure what i believe in anymore. Don't you get the impression it's only ever tormented spirits who rear their ugly head?
