The good thing is that it is done now & you can hopefully let go slightly of all the negative things that you had to concentrate on to get it completed IYSWIM?

Its quite shocking when you realise how its affected the things you can no longer do. I've never filled in a dla form before.

Have you tried coach tickets Ani?

I wouldn't worry about watching TV all day - at least not just now. You've had a colossal amount to do before you 'crashed' so you need to do 'nothing' to help counterbalance that. I expect that will gradually put itself right.

Talking of TV, did you see the boat race yesterday? I missed it and watching on catch-up just isn't the same.

As for not talking to people, well, that's not including us lot? :D It's still communication, though I know you mean talking face to face. We're still people, though, and we keep talking to you. :)

Urgh, late to bed and early to rise, i feel like s* today. The antibiotics should have more than kicked in by now. I'm getting worse again. I'm frustrated over my plans. There's so much wants doing and i can't do any of it. I think i'll stay in bed today, but i suppose its a relatively safe place. Don't even think about it

If you are getting the weather we've got, I think bed is the best place. Much easier when the sun shines.

I wonder if you will get any hints on coping with the exhaustion if you look on sites for fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue? Even if the causes of the tiredness are different, some of the ways of dealing with it may be useful.

I am putting off going on a fact-finding trip to mum's old house - the very thought of it drags me down although there's no reason apart from old associations.

    Don't give up hope, hey?

There are some people who can turn it around and some who can't. Maybe it just depends the place you're in. Its getting increasingly worse again, i'm having more blips and there's nowhere to turn to for help. Just someone i can talk to without a whole host of people ending up on my doorstep. You don't understand. I'm getting more support now, but i don't want support to save me from myself. I can't even piece my thoughts together anymore. I've just had enough. I've now got so many bills come in and none of my forms have been submitted to the appropriate offices yet. Even other people aren't doing things fast enough. The court summons for the council tax is almost nigh, and the forms still haven't been submitted for the ct benefit, which would help my case, even though sw took them. When? last week or the week before, to take them directly into the office. The sw cancelled the last two appointments, and i feel let down. I've only seen them, what once? I'm getting more support from the ct now, but like they say, there's so much paperwork and !!!!!, still, to sort out here, they can't begin with what really matters. They and wr suggested i'm given a sick note for a year. I know myself, this is a realistic amount of time. God, haven't i hit rock bottom yet? Its still the same as ever. The gp refused to give me a sick note for a year. A bloody locum who has met me for what, all of 10 minutes? How much money do they get paid? Wr and ct said the sick note would help me get benefits and even things like a cooker. Even thats been blocked by someone who is a temp, and leaving the surgery next week? I haven't worked for a month. No money coming in. Bills still need to be paid. I got my first gas and electric bill yesterday. £400. £400 for two months? I've been sat here in the dark so i don't use electricity. I've been sat here freezing, so i don't use gas. I only have it on a couple of hours a day. I've no cooker, can't use the washing machine etc. Turns out the meter reader last week got the reading wrong, but my bill is still £200. It still seems grossly wrong. I'll have to stop taking baths, too. I still remember the aggressive csa who signed me up. 14 days to pay and then a ccj. Not that a ccj matters to my credit history. Or the baliffs. Its nearly time for my court date for the ct, and then its 14 days after that before the baliffs come. I've said i don't mind what they come and take, but maybe its all words, because actually, i can't cope with it all, anymore.

I can't tell people how i'm really feeling because they think its their duty to play god. The phone just rang. Did ct just read that post. Now i'm paranoid too. Of course they didn't. Best go
