Jeez, i've woken up feeling freezing cold and disorientated.At this time of night, you feel so alone. Can't pluck up the courage to call cl. Just don't know what to say, anymore, and have to be careful what i say. Fed up of people saying you must do this and you must do that.But then, people say they have never been where i am, and its only then, you could know.

BLAAAAAHHHHHHHH


Someone this week said i sound angry and frustrated. I don't experience those sort of emotions, anymore.

Things always seem so bleak in the dead of night when it is quiet and still and constant worry is emotionally draining.

Please make that call, anyone that can help in even a small way has to be worth a shot.

Open the curtains and look out at those beautiful daffodils in the garden, they show hope of a new beginning.

The daffs keep on going, like me, huh?

Made it through another night. My target is to make it to weds next week, though i've mixed feelings about. Isn't that just cruel or is it easing my conscience. But even i, can't tell, what is going to trigger.

Target for today, ( unbelievably, i have a target, ) get out into the garden for the first time.I don't know the difference between plants and weeds, ( except daffs ) but at least its a target, isn't it?


Got all my forms in the post today. Its a minefield, and i just can't do it. Sw left a message yesterday and is coming next week. Have a lovely weekend, they said. Do they live in the real world? How do you have a lovely weekend, when you are battling with your thoughts.Sheeesh

Struggling now with even the effort of whats it called, personal care? I'm sure it will take me the rest of the morning.Sigh
