Life after bankruptcy?

I think a 79p bunch of Daffs is worth it if it makes you smile and brightens the place up a bit and makes it feel more homely for you.:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0

Got my daily letter from the council. Well, the housing office, actually.

Thankyou for your thoughts, Sazmo x
There isn't anything to say in my diary, anymore.I've given up the fight.
Things have changed since i last posted and i can no longer write how i'm really feeling, on mse, even though its my diary.
I've been in hospital, i'm sure you can guess why. The police said i was lucky with who found me. Depends what you define as lucky. Why do other people think its their right to interfere with someone else's decision?
The good news, after being in a psychiatric unit, is that i'm not a nutter, ( but i knew that anyway,) I'm just someone who has been driven to the edge by social circumstances, (but i knew that anyway,) I've no wish to end up back in the same unit again. I don't belong there, in reality, and its a taste of being in prison, (or they call it a place of safety ). Its been a reality shock, to say the least.
I'm supposed to be getting support in the real world, in the form of a social worker, i think, but needless to say, i've not heard from them yet. It doesn't matter, to be honest, because my own solution now preoccupies my thoughts, again, and its only a matter of time.
I've bitten the bullet and finally given up work, as i now recognise myself, i'm no longer fit for work. At the moment i've no income at all, neither from work nor benefits, but to be honest, i don't care anymore. I'm in arrears for rent and council tax, and it all just seems as if the fight has been in vain. If i'd given up work and gone onto benefits as soon as i'd moved in, i wouldn't be in debt with my rent and ct, now.
The irony of the budget, makes me sick today. Encouraging those on low incomes to get back into work? Not from where i'm standing. I've been forced out of work onto benefits, to say nothing about my mental state. I've been refused help with housing benefit and ct, so i can carry on working. I WANT to work. Now the state is going to spend even more money on me, paying for my rent, ct, esa and dla? It doesn't make any sense to me. I've been driven to the point where i'm acutely *, and no one can watch me 24/7
I know its inevitable. I've lost the will to fightDebt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?
