Ani, yes that's me under the umbrella - found out at last. :D

Top of your list has to be the mighty Earl Grey - but why on earth did you want to read my coffee & chocolate?! :D

That's a very beautiful list and for a beginner I think you go to the top of the class. To ensure you cover all bases, you could have a look here.

And now I must just waft over a few people's thread then try to get some sleep for an hour - uhoh, a bit less now - got a long quiet night ahead, wish I had some knitting to do!

Tinned tomatoes, onions and italian herbs instead of the sauces - could work out cheaper? Or add tinned tomatoes to sauces to make them go further. It doesn't make a huge diference to the taste.

The sort of seeds that you buy specially to sprout - will help with the vitamins. There's a thread somewhere.

Has anyone mentioned dried milk? And salt if you are running low?

Don't we all love shopping for other people?! In addition to organising their lives, that is. ;):D

It's alright Ani, at this rate you're going to turn round and find a troop of us behind you, all armed with lists - cross referencing our spreadsheets and working out who's taking which aisle to stock you up. In fact, you might as well go and sit in the cafe (we'll shout you a cuppa and a sticky bun ;)) while we do the shopping for you :D (complete with coupons in my case as well, every little helps ;))

£50 for one shopping trip only. Got to make the most of it :)

What do you mean about the seeds to sprout miggy? They sound worth having thanks x

Dried milk, yuk Don't do milk or eggs. I seem to have developed an intolerance to eggs, sadly. Never have drunk milk
