Good news today. I'm going to be paid, phew :cool: Well, thats what they say, but when, is in the lap of the gods, as ever. They knew last night, but did'nt tell me. Always the last to know, huh?

He said, she said, they said, we said. It does'nt really matter. I'll never find out who was at fault. One person say they told the other person, they other says they were'nt told. At the end of it all, i was the one who needed to be informed, and was'nt. It does'nt matter whose fault it was. Someone else, messed up, and for once, i was going to take this further. I can't afford to lose this much money, aside from all the hard work i've done, which is unusable.

Oh, that's great news! So pleased. I would have been doing my Jack Russell impression if they had said they wouldn't pay, after all you did the work and put yourself out for them.

(As you say - Jack Russells - small, yappy, sharp teeth and not afraid to use them - I do a jolly good impression of one when enraged, even if people do trip over me in the process).

Let's hope they have an attack of conscience and pay up quick.

(Ani walks into the office and stares down at the incompetent HR person who's failed to pay on time: "... in my account by this time tomorrow or I'll set Miggy on you." "Miggy?" "She's this Jack Russell I met on the Internet...")

And are they paying the other people too? The ones who were in the same boat as you? I hope so.

Well, it's wonderful to get some good news. Sorry it sets me off in a silly mood, it's a sure sign I need sleep. Got to be awake all tomorrow night so I mustn't stay up.
