Check out all the links on here, get all your money put right then book the review. Chances are if you are doing all you should then they won't be able to save you anything and you can claim your reward. Last time I did it my bank (very grudgingly) gave me £50.

last time i went for one of these i warned them on the phone that if they tried to sell me a loan i was closing my accounts.

I repeated this to the guy who was conducting the 'review' as soon as i walked in. The review lasted about 3 minutes. I obviously upset his script because he really seemed like a fish out of water!

I had an ordinary account with an overdraft, then "upgraded" online to Advantage Gold. After a few months (about 5, I think), I realised what a mistake that was, and contacted the bank to ask for my account to be put back to what it was. They did change it back, and almost immediately.

I'm not sure whether I emailed them or wrote a snail-mail letter - I've a feeling it might have been the latter - but whatever it was, it worked.

I certainly didn't phone them about it!

Watch out - it could be a trap; maybe they've worked out who you are SS and they'll do a Stepford Wives type thing on you... Maybe I've just been drinking too much coffee

Why don't you agree to come in for a review as long as are appropriately rewarded? Otherwise, what's the benefit to you?
