I made some more bunting yesterday for the front room this time.
I added more bling as I wanted it as chintzy as I could make it.
I need to replace the lace with something else but I couldnt wait to put it up.

Missmilly - gorgeous bureau! It's such a pretty shape, love the interior colour too.

I've finally finished my dresser (pics in the usual place) I'm very pleased with it, it was a pain being so big and I had lots of issues with paint not drying evenly but I was having to do it in the unheated conservatory and it was to chilly really....never mind, it's done now!

It's beautiful it doesn't look like the same piece of furniture well done I am gutted when were building our house two years ago we gave away and tipped loads of dark furniture that was like new because this house is light and modern I had a stag bureau which would have painted up a treat had I know about this thread at that time it would have looked great stood in my hall under my new painted clock. Ha ho

Cheers. I made a string of hanging hearts tonight too so am feeling very happy with another crochet box ticked.
Its now hanging on my kitchen cupboard (I've stringed them together vertically).

Will pop a pic on Pinterest tomorrow as my lighting is appalling.

I wish I could crochet, despite being an older lady, it is not something I have mastered over the years. I have tried, believe me. I can knit, I suppose I should be grateful.

Love looking on here every day.

Hi have a look on Youtube as they have lots of helpful tutorials. Or maybe there is a local class near you- worth googling?
