I've bought loads using the local bargain finder its great and have just found similar on ebay itself.....in the 'sort by' box, in the drop menu, there is the optiom ''Distance...nearest'' and this gives your search results in the nearest vicinity to you.....I've never noticed this before .....using this mainly for ''cheapest'' or ''ending soonest''

Hello everyone, been a lurker for ages and love all the photos. I also live near Grantham (what have they done to the one way system) and look on bargain finder regularly. Put stuff in the 'watching' box then forget to go back. ho hum.
I started shabbying about five years ago but unfortunately most of my family just do't get the idea, the times I've been asked "why don't you just buy new". A few also don't like pink roses. Tough.
Love all the useful information on this thread, so a big thanks for that.

Havent been through to Grantham for a while - we used to live on the Barrowby Gate - moved 10 years ago - best thing about Grantham for me was Downtown - loved whiling away a couple of hours there!

nattyt,im jealous of what your lovely kitchen is going to look like - hope you will post some pics! I would have some nice pastel coloured roman blinds....youve got a few colours you could choose from there with with the selection of things from Next. Like blue/pink dotty, pastel coloured striped, even some nice cath kidston type floral - mmm yummy!
