You could turn them into pretty bookmarks if you attach a long chain stitch hem. The little flowers sit at the top of the book and look scrumptious if laid flat on a bookshelf.

    I made this today:

I alsoade a SCRUMPTIOUS bag over Friday and all weekend but I haven't uploaded the pin yet.

The joys of old style crafts!!!! <3
Love the flowers and the bag. Where did you get the bag pattern please? I bought some of the fabric you mentioned on an Ik.. visit - still in the bag on top of a unit!

It's just like having a pin board at home where you pin ideas or magazine cut outs of things you like or want to learn but your board is online and you can put your pins in boards so they are organised like recipes, crafts, sewing etc etc ŷou can also pin your own projects from your blog or Flickr to share with the rest of Pinterest I've not been doing it long but find it really handy

Have you ever seen something on the net and thought oh what a good idea I will have to remember that for the future then you never can or you cannot find it again on the net, well if so all you would do is have the pin it button on your PCM or mac and when you see something you hit pin it and save it to your Pinterest boards then when you need it in the future you only ave to go to your board and its the

omg you made that bag today and it took me all night to make 5 flowers! you clever thing

It literally has taken me all day!!!

I am obsessive and cannot stop once I start something. Its a curse!

Yesterday I was finishing off the nicest bag in the world (...I haven't pinned it yet but I'm mighty proud of it!!) and I was gasping for a drink. I was in this sorry state for a further 3 HOURS before I finally got up for a brew! I kept thinking, I will just finish this square, then I thought, I will just start off another one...., etc.

    Awful!

I'm terrible with novels too. My life stops until I've finished it! I literally take it to the dinner table with my nose stuck in it and ignore the family. I will go bed at 3am when my eyes finally squeak shut in objection to the abuse I put them through.

    :O

I now no longer read novels!!!

I can't wait to get loads if that fabric next time I go. I coming to the end if my ripped duvet cover now but it has served me well on a lot if projects!

It wasn't a pattern. Just a granny square that got bigger until it reached the size I wanted. Then I repeated it for the back.

I wanted a front pocket so I crocheted a smaller square and attached it to the centre of the front panel.

The strap was just single crocheted on a chain of 100 slip stitches.

I made the flower and leaves a week or 2 ago (I make em when I don't know what to do and fling em in a bag until I may need them!).

So easy just such a long time to do!

Wish i could find something that takes an hour other than fingerless gloves.

So you think pale grey tiles would go with a cream kitchen? My original thought was no to a wood/wood effect worktop but now I am wondering. I have had two independent kitchen blokes round - so many samples of worktops - no wonder I am confused.

    yes, beautifully - a lovely combination :)
