Hi, my book arrived yesterday and I'm afraid that no, there wasn't any fabric with it. It is a lovely book though.

So lovely, I fetched a glass of wine to sip as I read it and my son accidentally upended the entire contents of it all over the book! It is now a lovely, but rather wrinkly, book. :o
NOOOOoooooooooo!!!! Sorry to hear that - dont you just hate it when that happens - happened to me with the kids too and you could cry couldnt you - aaagghhh!!!

Hi everyone, am a long time lurker, absoloutly love all your makeovers! Very inspiring, although with a 3 month old baby i doubt anything would actually get finished!

Anyway, reason i have decided to surface is for bibbitybob - that mirror you love, there is a second hand shop near me full of treasures, old theatre props etc, and i noticed last night walking past they have your exact mirror on the wall! Not sure how much but i can find out for you if you like - also not too sure where about in uk you are, whether it would be worth you travelling, am in Kent. Will pop past there again today and find out the price for you, hopefully will be a bargain for you, fingers crossed!

Hi, I am relatively new too, was a lurker for a while then braved the waters and its a lovely place to be :)
How thoughtful of you I hope the mirror is a good price and that BB is within a relatively easy travelling distance from you...I think the last sighting was £65 at TK MAX but not sure if that is still available..so fingers crossed :)

Hello tinkerleigh! Firstly, congratulations on the birth of your bubba
:j thank you ever so much for that, however I'm based in Lincolnshire so probably wouldn't be worth me travelling. I'm popping to town on Monday morning so will check out my local TkMaxx. I called Laura Ashley and they said the sale's on until the end of the month, so if TK's don't have it I'll order next week. I had a look in the shop and it's lovely lovely, especially on the Hawthorne paper (I got a sample, and stuck it to the living room wall :D).

In other news....my wall's gone!! I went out shopping for the day with my Mum and my lovely other half made sure it was all clean, dust free and hoovered downstairs, re-arranged the old kitchen temporarily into the new space and even put some of my pretties out for me by the time I got back. I actually cried :o I was expecting a building site!!
