It's fairly near me but they do not interest me one bit. We nearly bought a house with one and then vendor wanted £2k to leave it. I thought take it because it saves me the effort of getting rid. Each to their own though.0 -

That's ok danemi, I 'know' you from this thread
It makes sense that people know each other from the SCC as it was an off-shoot of the original (or second?!) thread. I prefer it over here though, less 'exclusive'.
Not sure what's up with me...I've only just woken up  going to finish sanding my wardrobe down so I can get it photographed and then hopefully we'll take a drive to H0mebase to see if the kitchen price I think we'd be paying is infact correct (it's this one we're looking at, if anyone's interested) and to check out whether there are any cheaper options - shaker cream would probably be just as nice with the right accessories. It's such a BIG decision!0 -

Sorry to butt in Bibbittybob. Just wanted to say that I got my kitchen from Homebase and had huge problems. They wouldn't deliver as they couldn't get the van right up to the door. However they didn't let me know, just drove away
I then had some damaged items, mainly handles, and it took 3 deliveries before I got what I needed
Don't want to put you off - their stuff is good, but be firm re Customer ServiceJack of all trades ... Master of none
