I've also heard very good things about bio oil. Never used it myself but it was suggested to OHs Mam for her scars from bowel cancer surgery and I know one girl who used it for very bad acne scarring.HSBC CC - £3000 / £3000

Thanks RB, most of the time I feel defective. I think this is why I have let myself go.
I am glad we are doing the rep challenge together
Oi!!! You are not defective! If you are, so am I! I am pleasantly eccentric. I am myself, not a clone of anyone else, nor am I a magazine ideal.
Be comfortable with what you have left, darling, life! Live it and enjoy it and don't be the one who puts you down!

Thanks every one for the suggestion of the bio oil. I brought some back with me from America. Doctor's appointments galore this week in preparation for the surgery. Not very MSE as I have to buy 2 train tickets into town.
Had a dinner from stuff on hand. Bad jet lag so not completely "with it" Paid an extra £10 on cc.
Too scared to weigh after America but I am doing my reps the best that I can.
Piq, I have private medical through my company too and it is a tax liability for me as well.Mortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84

Hope you are getting a good night's sleep tonight and wake up in the right time zone tomorrow!0 -
Morning all. My surgery is scheduled for the 13 November and they tell me I will be off on sick leave for at least 2 weeks. Rats!
In other news, I managed to stay the same weight from before my America trip which is a good thing.
Had a long cuddle with canines and that is good for the soul.
In the run up to the surgery I am going to pamper myself with lots of self done manicures and moisturizing etc because you feel so grotty afterwards.

Well done on keeping the weight steady, with all the temptation that a trip on expenses entails and a special meal out!
I love the pampering plan, will be joining you on that one xx.Weight 12 st 2lb - Now 11 stone 1 lb (-15 lb)
