    I also made an appointment with a therapist for Monday to see if I can sort myself out.

    the doctor asked me if I was in a car accident and I was like... no!

    He said, I have never seen a fracture like this outside of vehicle accidents.

    So I have no idea.

    Having a very MSE weekend this weekend. doing some self pampering and walking. meals from on hand, lots of laundry to wash and hang out in the nice weather, and I have ripe raspberries in my garden. will pick and have for pudding tomorrow
