  • That's an awesome challenge. I'm rooting for you.

I'm not brave enough to commit to anything like that yet. I'll need a couple of months of the DMP going to get me settled into living on a budget before I think about using any of the 'safety net' money to clear anything.

Also, we've been thinking about getting a camper for the last three years and previously this would have gone on a credit card, but we don't do that any more, so our tiny amount of savings every month might go into a 'camper pot'.

I might not make it but I am going to go flat out to try. I sometimes get a bonus in October and if I do get it at the usual rate that will help

I am setting myself a challenge to pay off my cc that has a balance of £10,100 at 0% by March 2013 and the taxes by March 2013.

Let me see how fast I can do it!

I think you can do it! Lots of discipline, but worth it when both totals tally in at a round zero.

    Good luck

Well it would be a step too far for me! And they're quite pricey. Nice colours though. Personally I'm finding menopause the most MSE option :D

I feel your pain as I didn't get away from the effects of this though and symptoms started much earlier than most but not as early as expected. Itchy legs and over heating in the night and dreadful mood swings for a while. Seems to have settled lately though.
