  • Danny Boyle did a great job of representing the nation, I think. Loved the Queen's "Good Evening, Mr Bond" :rotfl: a good sport!

The flame cauldron was a breathtakingly beautiful piece of art. I hope they put that on public display somewhere after the games. I would come see it.

Nice sunny day today. Heading out to tame the grass in the back garden today while it's dry.

    Have a great day. :)

    Good Morning Money Saving Friends!

The whole house slept until 11 which never happens. Even though I am grateful for the extra sleep am now trying to throw off the "fuzzy head" that seems to go with it.

Meeting friends for lunch who are treating us because of a birthday.

Stripped the bed and laundry on.

It is chucking it so don't think I will go for a long walk, will see if OH wants to play some kinnect games later so at least we are moving around.

I am setting myself a challenge to pay off my cc that has a balance of £10,100 at 0% by March 2013 and the taxes by March 2013.

Let me see how fast I can do it!
