Hey gang, if you haven't got a pedometer but have a smartphone (may only work on iphones?), download the Walk 4 Life app - it measures your walks, plots them on a map, works out your speed and how many calories you've burnt, and it's free!

    http://www.walk4life.info/app

    It gets quite addictive :)

I shall download it and try it out. Thank you
    A little something for you...

If you're in the market for new glasses, how about two pairs for £20?

Perhaps I didn't read last night's posts very well. From your comments it appears they weren't that sensible.

I'd better go and read them.

    Take care. :)

I see what you mean! :D

    Definitely too much wine. ;)

ok now that I seem to have regained some of my senses:

went to PO to post the flebay stuff
    bank deposit
    ate some fruit we had
washed and hung out the towels

In the not so good news catagory, *ace*ook sent an email (or a virus did) to everyone in my work contacts inviting them to friend me on *ace*ook. One of my customers alerted me. So I have deleted my profile but am hugely embarassed
