Oooh good, I look forward to hearing your results. Good luck on the flea baying, I have to say you are very motivated and this can only bring the debt free day closer woo hoo! I have just been on you tube looking at belly dancing, apparently it is very good for toning and strengthening the core - I will have a go tomorrow and let you know how I go on - I have to try to vary my fitness routine otherwise I get bored. My dgd is coming over tomorrow and she loves to dance so no doubt she and I will burn off many calories gyrating all over the lounge to whatever is on mtv at the time - happy days:)
I have been meaning to ask how you are for a while, I know that when I first joined in the fun that is your diary you were recovering from surgery, but we got so side tracked talking about THEM and your tax code. Are you back up to full strength now, do you think?0 -
I still have to use the catheter in the morning and evening which is so much better than before. Gross to talk about but I am so grateful that soon I will be off it completely.
Dorothy, I think belly dancing could be for me. I have a large belly so certainly must have an aptitude for it!
My gran also left me a bunch of David Andersen of Norway silver pieces, not the enamelled ones. No one on fleabay has any interest, so trying to figure out how to move those on. Lots of Broochs (they spell it like that in the brochure)

Just dropping by late at night to say I am glad that you restarted your diary NL , I remember those first few days well ! Didn't we all share a virtual sunbed and drink cocktails ?! :A
We have threatened that debt free party many times and one day it will come ! I was hoping mine was last night, I did splurdge on the lottery but sadly although we did get a win, it was only for £2.50 !
Dot, I love my magic hat, I certainly think it worked for me today. I will happily share ownership with Piq. Am looking forward to seeing her coordinating outfits xx thankyou x

Wow - well done you! I am very proud of you, see, I knew you could do it. You are absolutely right - I DO expect a further 1lb loss next week, as your self appointed personal trainer I intend to be very strict with you lol.
PG I am pleased to hear that the magic hat is working it's magic on you, long may it continue. From skim reading your diary I can see that you have a mountain to climb, but climbing it you most certainly are and I am full of admiration for you. You too will get there, it will be hard and there will inevitably be set back from time to time but with the tenacity and determination you have shown us I am supremely confident that you will be debt free sooner rather than later.
Just been on Robin's thread and CD has told us that her old Auntie has passed away, so I was feeling sad.............you two have cheered me up so thank you for that.
Right, 10 mins of practice belly dancing then off to see the grandkids. It's snowing again so we may not be able to stay long as when it comes down like this it makes driving difficult where we are, so I will seize the moments.
Check in later
Dot

Dear Dot, does the magic hat work to get rid of the lurgy? If so please could you send one my way, I'm fed up of not feeling well and need all the help I can get. Plus I'm back to work on Tuesday and will need to find some strength from somewhere.
Think I'll join you in the belly dancing, I'm certainly the right shape for it, :rotfl:

You DO NOT want to try and sell these on FleaBay I would strongly recommend you talk to a jewellery expert go to a really good independent jeweller and ask about auctions or local collectors. There is a lot of interest in Scandanavian countries. Might be worth you doing a bit of diggin on this, you will probably get more for them.
