Oh yes - for those miles you DO NOT need a car sat outside, hire one as and when. Much less hassle and make sure you take an annual CDW policy (Crash damage waiver) as much better value than doing as you need.

Also get accountant to check the K code

Glad audit all OK (could be repeating myself I have been infected with a lurgy)

I bet she would let us take turns wearing her hat.

based on your great advice I have been photo-ing and starting listings tomorrow Jwil and LAM. Am setting myself a target of £150 on the stuff this weekend. Am babysitting and helping a friend with her business this weekend which should be another £50.

Is anyone else planning to do any listings this weekend?

Mr F got his new codes today too. Have you tried putting them into this site? http://www.thesalarycalculator.co.uk/ It will tell you what difference it's going to make to your take home pay.

Ladies, my magic hat is at your disposal. Just pop on here if you know that you have a situation arising which will require courage, tenacity, determination and a smattering of good fortune and I will immediately magically send you my magic hat through cyberspace. You will be entrusted as it's temporary custodian until said situation is resolved your entire satisfaction after which you can magically send it back to me. Here it will reside until such time as it's magic powers are required by one of New Leaf's MSE BFFE when it will be immediately despatched.

As regards Glammy Granny, well I have to admit to you all that I aspire to resemble Jane Fonda when I reach her age (sans plastic surgery and madly expensive face creams of course, Dot subscribes to neither, a pot of plop from Poundland does me very nicely thank you), however in reality I somehow doubt that that will occur.:rotfl:

Tell me about it. Mr F turns into the proberbial Grumpy Old Man when he thinks about how much tax he pays. I love this calculator - I find it very reassuring to know exactly what a change of tax code means.
