REST!!! and drink water. As stupid as it sounds I had never paid attention to Norovirus until I had it. I never though a tummy bug could be soo bad! I went to bed at 9 feeling 100% - woke at 10:30pm feeling very hot and went to let dogs out - fainted in bathroom with extreme diarrhoea (sorry :o) - lost conciousness a further 4 times so OH was worried and called medic who called ambulance as my BP had dropped 19 units in a space of 15 mins. So I unfortunately had to go to hospital on oxygen as every time I stood up - I passed out (was put in a side ward on a drip) and was told tests said I had Norovirus! I had dehydrated so rapidly which had caused my BP to drop radically. Next came the vomiting - it was awful:o!! Apparently it can run your system down drastically too so please take care xx

Very random :rotfl:There's a thread on paper mache somewhere on the site. Depending on what you want to make it can be very easy.
