Just shows what is out there mate. If you put the time and effort in then it is easily achieveable. That is me who cant find any Meat so some on here will be doing better than that!!
I have started keeping a Excel spreadsheet so I can keep a track of what I have had from Mr T :rotfl:
My original target was £100 a week, I did that in a day when the PSPs and Xboxes messed up. Plus phones, games, DVDs and CDs. Just keep your eyes on the tickets and you will find it.
Suppose it helps I was a price controller at Sainsburys for over 3 years so I dont really have to look that hard to find misprices, as it was my job day in day out for so long.
My hat's off to you on this one. I went looking for a couple of bags of Dorito's and the shelves were empty. (Just one of the issues I have with my local Tesco) so left empty handed.
Presumably you don't hide what you're doing from the store then?0 -

Agree with your sentiments, but technically not sure why you think there is legislation which would be brought into play on a ban.
There may be legislation on grounds of race discrimination etc but otherwise I think a shop keeper can refuse a sale to anyone and they can choose any reason they wish. Legally they can give no reason at all (although they would be wise to consider customer service and PR implications first).
If you do have a specific Act in mind please do quote it and the section that applies.0 -

hi thread,
does anyone know / remember what Poyopo Pop Fever and Shrek Superslam scan at on Nintendo DS please?0 -
A flyer (leaflet) is delivered with a local freepaper. It is Tesco specific and is 12 pages. It details Tesco prices including Buy one get one free offers. On page 1 of the page un numbered flyer the cans of hot dogs are quoted. On page 4 of the un numbered flyer the Foxes Glacier mints are quoted. Both buy one get one free. Others are listed and match the shelf edge labels in both stores. However not the hot dogs or the mints are SEL or discounted at the tills. This qualifies for a full p&p.The misprices reported were active yesterday at 2pm.You will need to present the flyer to support the claim at customer services as there is no shelf edge label stating bogof in either store.Think not what MSE.com can do for you but what you can do for MSE0

Hi
I bought two loaves of bread. On my receipt I had been charged for two, then another one (i.e. three in total). What should I have been refunded? They only gave me the money back for one loaf (the loaf I did not buy). Is that correct? CS said I would have got all three refunded if they had gone through as three all together, but becasue they went through as two then one, I had only been overcharged on the one :rolleyes:Proud to be a MoneySaver!

jaffacat wrote:THanks Duder for explanation previously.been as im a newbie.I love this thread & the mispriced thread, find it amazing how T can make so many errors but as they make so much profit a min they are not too bothered.
My next question is when you think there might be an error between the SEL & actual price charged would you selfscan first to see?
What happens when its buy one get one free, the discount would only show at the till (if it comes off)am I right?
Thanks Lisa
Absolutely - always use a price checker.
If there isn't one, take a chance and see what happens at the till - if the item scans high - just change your mind or claim to have forgotten your credit card.
No, you can't use a price checker on a BOGOF - only going through the till - so you are right!
Good luck,

(waiting for more L6 style mistakes)
What is your job? at 450 gross a day (i.e. 13.500 GBP gross a month i.e. 162.000 GBP gross a year) I would say that certainly you are 5-10 times above the average wage around!! Anything involving time is a waste in your case, given how much your time is valued. If you need help with your job I will be pleased to come along even at 50% wage0
