..wasn’t the toll supposed to pay for the (use = Xssing ..) of the bridge ...??

HOW ABOUT MAKING your cloud FELT ::: BY INSTALLING A CASH MACHINE :::

next to the staff loo ... might be a good place ...
or make them accept a credit card ... / are you really living in the DARK AGES and can tolerate this kind of ignorance from YOUR preferred and selectively ? Chosen! 'Service Provider'??

To an outside observer this seems extremely and intended - waste of resources, Time, Petrol - resulting in high EXTRA CO-emissions, and not to mention the 24 h staffing … extending the lease for the Concessionaire for many years … as anyone who can work a calculator .. will figure out easy, this being ignored …. since 1992 !??!!


JUST look @ a French HIGHWAY TOLL system ...may be you could 'learn/copy' a lot ... OR ... have a paid trip for the WELSH ASSEMBLY -- ALL OF THEM pref .. :-)) ...to eyewitness ... 'THE WORLD out there'

1) Your post gave me a headache.

2) What the hell is "X-ssing" can't you type "crossing"?

3) You are an idiot. Any "tourist" with any common sense would check the tolls on their route before setting off.

4) The service stations on M4/M5 have cash machines, before the bridge.

5) You should have kept driving all the way through Wales and in to the sea.

I'm sure that Heather+Tom have long forgotten their experience on the Severn Bridge - it happened almost 6 years ago.

I'm sure there must be lots of current threads that you can add your two-pennyworth to without trawling through lots of threads to find this buried one - the last post before yours was almost 2 years ago. :doh:

Ladybird only joined MSE last night and seems to be have been searching the MSE site for all things Welsh-related. I think the OP's are foreign, despite their English names, as their post reads like one written by Germans with a poor grasp of English. Annoying to waste time reading a years old thread though.
