No need to SHOUT when you want to EMPHASISE a word or too!
Agree with most of the replies here (and laughed at many, the title of the post was just like a red rag to a bull
Have to disagreed with the use of cards being time consuming though. I've used toll roads in Spain for many years and they are often quicker than the cash routes (ever been stuck behind someone who has thrown their change into the basket but managed to have 5p go astray under their car...it's always their last 5p!) and most have cash only/cc only lanes. It was quite possible that the choice not to offer both payment options was based on implementation costs.0 -
I would have paid more attention to your post if it wasnt written in such a bizarre way. I had no problems with the system and have popped over a few times now, I found the sign posts were very clear and esy to understand - but it is clear you have some literacy issues so I apologise if thats the reson you failed to get it right.
Im not really sure they can do much more to help the ...erm.. less... erm... 'sharp' members of society.
Youd get more sympathy if your post was not so xenophobic (although not much more to be fair).
Debt: a bloomin big mortgage
all posts are made for entertainment value only, nothing I say should be taken as making any sense and should really be ignored0 -
How to make life simple
Abolish these ruddy tolls or reduce the cost.
We pay enough road tax already
I live near the Forth Road Bridge and one day they weren't collecting, I can't remember why, and the traffic flowed better than ever.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:
:eek::mad: :beer:
I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0 -
I can't understand why when planning the route you did not have sufficient cash for the crossing. You'd have to on the QE2 bridge etc. You flash a c'c there and the road would grind to a halt.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Ooh that made me chuckle.
Still have no idea what half of the OP is on about0 -
i wouldnt mind if you had written a coherant post with a view to a discussion about the pros and cons of toll gates, and their effect on the tourism industry in wales.
your post seems more antagonistic than anything though.

If they do have literacy issues you have apologised and then insulted them ,not very nice IMO

christ, for someone who purports to be English, you don't speak the country's language very well.
Can I get a refund on my tax? - Your school didn't do a very good job....The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.
You ask for ADVICE not ADVISE.0 -

I think you'll find the OP is American, it's not too hard to spot them, they usually think the sun shines out of their donkey.0
