Cheers Neil - I noticed I had the nice borders and beige back but it still had the little yellow triangle in the bottom left of IE.

I've been hitting CTRL and F5 for ages now but to no avail :wall: why don't I get the nice server for a change

UPDATE - Sat 30th Sept - 18:22

I've got the nice borders and fonts back :T the only thing is it still shows a little yellow triangle in the bottom left indicating error on page. I still can't thank people or insert smileys by clicking on them. Hope this helps :beer:

If you have a proxy server (like Onspeed or other accelerators), switch it off for a while, then press ctrl F5. Then restart the proxy. Apologies, I realise this advice is no use to people using the site at work.

Assuming you use Internet Explorer...

In internet explorer go to Tools > Internet Options as shown below:




Now click on the Advanced Tab and scroll down to HTTP 1.1 settings and tick the box to look like this:



*ATTENTION* If you are at work, you'll probably be using a PROXY so in that case tick the other box as well saying "USE HTTP 1.1 THROUGH PROXY CONNECTIONS"

Now, press CTRL and F5 or just close internet explorer and restart.
