Girlfriends birthday hahaha! "Hey sweetheart, as well as that stereo I got you (from staples) and the phone (overcharged by tesco) I have booked us on a nice cruise to the romantic city of Bergen.
PS, How can you tell what sort of room you have?
"1 * Inside cabin. Booked for 2 persons"
is all mine says
Have a look at the accommodation page, I think the better rooms are on upper decks with windows. If you went for the double bed like I did you are guaranteed a good room. If you went for singles you might get bunks.
I had a look and seaways do not give a double bed as an option, commodore class is the only class that allows a double bed option.
Commodore deluxe is top class and has double beds but I'm sure they wont give me that room.
I took a few momments to check the accommodation when booking and could'nt believe they were allowing to choose between them all, as all free! I quickly sussed that a double on upper deck with sea view was the best!0 -

But its around 11 hours travel,so weve booked 2 £16.90 returns on GNER ,around 2 hours from Peterboro to Newcastle.
On the night we return to Newcastle we booked a Travelodge at Gateshead for £26,about 3 miles away, the city center one was full price.0 -
