It was me that made the apostrophe comment, but by all means carry on using it against Hamish, seeing as it's the ONLY counter argument you have.
As usual. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
So we are supposed to look forward to being like overcrowded lab rats in a cage? This isn't about economics, its simply about being overcrowded.
What's your option then?
Surely better to canvas for more property to be built, which would solve the oversrowding issue along with keeping a restraint on house prices.
Far better to spend your time doing something constructive like that than waste your time on here moaning about overcrowding and increasing prices.:wall:

LOL, I made a similar comment in a thread a week or two ago that was asking for the most annoying grammatical errors.
I'll give nearlyclued credit for dragging it back up.it's the ONLY counter argument you have.
As usual.
Indeed.
Not having any form of counter argument is fairly pathetic.
Even by the usually poor standard of bear responses.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

20 years later, and after a 90% fall, Tokyo house prices are STILL more expensive than London house prices.
Japan.
Population is falling, and has been for quite some time.
Japan.
Is therefore totally irrelevant to the UK situation.
Don't forget they have to rebuild their property every 25 years due to living very near a Tectonic Plate:wall:
